**Q1: When will my order ship?**
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our shop in Canada. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

**Q2: Do you ship outside of Canada?**
At this time, we only ship within Canada. Keeping it local means lower shipping fees and no surprise customs duties.

**Q3: What is your return policy?**
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Visit our Returns page for full details.

**Q4: How do I track my order?**
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This will let you see where your package is at all times.

**Q5: What forms of payment do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

**Q6: Can I change or cancel my order?**
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
